Safety and Contractor Prequalification
Our priorities, in order: safety, quality, lead time.
Prequalified and drug-tested crews

How crews are qualified
- ISNetworld: active member
- Avetta: active member
- DISA: drug and alcohol testing program
- HASC: crews complete HASC basic orientation
- Background checks and plant-specific safety training before mobilization
Contractor managers can request our prequalification documents through ISNetworld or Avetta, or by email at candrepont@fuji-industrial.com.
On site, every shift
Fuji crews work inside your plant's safety system, not alongside it. Before tools come out, the crew lead reviews the job with your operations and safety staff.
- Job safety analysis reviewed with the crew before work starts
- Plant permits, lockout and tagout followed and verified with operations
- Daily toolbox talk at the start of each shift
- PPE and site rules as your plant requires
- Stop-work authority for every crew member
Documents for contractor managers
Prequalification records are kept current in ISNetworld and Avetta. Insurance certificates, drug program records and training documentation are available on request at candrepont@fuji-industrial.com.
